Fiat 500 website
Fuse Digital was engaged to redesign the Fiat Australia website to coincide with the local launch of the world's happiest car, the Fiat 500C Convertible.
The Fiat 500 is a modern classic, inspired by the simplicity and style of the original Bambino. With the design of the new 500 site, Fuse Digital set out to develop a 'look and feel' that reflected this philosophy - simple, practical and fun.
The Fiat 500 site was developed with an easy to use Content Management System (CMS) making it a breeze for Fiat to manage all the text content in-house. The site also integrates with a complete CRM and leads-management solution (also developed by Fuse Digital) that ensures a quick response to all user requests. For example, all Test Drive requests from the site are automatically routed to the nearest Fiat dealer based on the users postcode.
The new Fiat 500 site includes many features that would normally require the use of Flash, such as animated image galleries, interactive navigation and maps. Rather than rely on Flash, which is not search engine (or iPhone) friendly, we've used JQuery extensively to maximise the site's accessibility.
